Team-Reported Issues: Team members may also report issues, problems, or waste within a specific process. This information is shared internally within the team for analysis and improvement purposes.
App-Related Issues
Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties with the App itself, you may report these issues. This information is used for troubleshooting and improving the App's functionality.

Process Improvement: Data collected from both users and the team about process issues is used to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
