SLEAN Terms and Conditions

This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") outlines the conditions governing your use of the SLean Healthcare application ("App") developed by RemotAudácia - Soluções em Saúde LDA ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Use

The App is designed to facilitate process improvement within healthcare organizations. You may use the App to report issues, collaborate with team members, and track progress on improvement initiatives.

2. User Accounts

You will be required to create an account to access the App's full functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and liable for all activities occurring under your account.

3. User Content

The App allows you to submit data, including descriptions of process issues, suggestions for improvement, and relevant attachments. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of improving the App and its functionalities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

* Use the App to submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.

* Disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality.

* Violate the privacy of other users.

* Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
